5th ANNUAL CREATIVE HANDS ART SALE
Sunday, November 3, 2019: 10 AM to 4 PM
APPLICATION FOR ARTISTS

It will be the responsibility of the artists to provide their own display equipment (including tables, tablecloths, temporary walls for hanging art, easels, etc). Temple Emanu-El has 6' tables that can be rented (for $15 each). We will provide two chairs per artist.
Application Deadline
Applications must be received by July 15, 2019.
Please send the following to Temple Emanu-El, 99 Taft Avenue. Providence, RI 02906, Attention: Donna Stouber.
Make checks payable to Temple Emanu-El.

2. Registration fee
3. Table rental fee (if applicable)
4. Artwork Images (can be provided either by CD or via email to creativehands@teprov.org)
Upon review of your application and photographs, you will be notified by email by September 1 if your application has been accepted. If your application is not accepted, all fees will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notices must be received by October 1, 2019 for a full refund of any table rental fees, if applicable. Registration fees will not be refunded.
If, for any reason, Temple Emanu-El must cancel this agreement, Temple Emanu-El will provide written notice as soon as possible and will have no further responsibility or liability to the exhibitor/vendor other than return of any fees paid to Temple Emanu-El.
Lunch
A veggie wrap, fruit, dessert and bottled water will be provided to vendors at no charge. Please let us know of any dietary concerns below.
