Shabbat Morning Sanctuary Service
Every Week - 9:30AM

Location Varies

Shabbat morning services frequently meet in the majestic Main Sanctuary. The services are conducted in a traditional style, led by the cantor, in Hebrew. We currently use Siddur Lev Shalem. The Torah reading follows a triennial cycle. One of the rabbis presents a D'var Torah; the other rabbi typically offers a parashah intro before the Torah reading. Often, interactive Divrei Torah take place with the Rabbi engaging in dialogue with congregants in the middle of the Congregation, rather than being on the bimah. In the same spirit, the cantor leads from a podium in the center of the middle aisle among the people. There are many opportunities for lay people to give Divrei Torah, read Torah, and lead the davening. Services begin at 9:30AM and end at approximately 12 noon.

If you can't be here with us in person, no problem! When we are in the Main Sanctuary, our services are streamed live.
