As the High Holy Days approach, Psalm 27—traditionally recited during this season—offers us a roadmap of courage, longing, and faith. In this class, we will study its poetry, themes, and timeless wisdom, exploring how it speaks to our own hopes and struggles. Together, we will discover how this psalm can guide our spiritual preparation for the Days of Awe.
Finding Our Voices: Journaling your Jewish Journey with Rabbi Fel
September 16, 2025
7:00 PM beginning with minyan
For many, the tragedy of October 7th and the war that followed has reshaped their relationship to the Jewish community, Jewish ritual, and the State of Israel. People across our community are wrestling with complicated emotions—of closeness and distance, grief and hope, faith and doubt. This reflective circle offers a guided space for journaling, sharing, and listening as we prepare our hearts for the High Holy Days. Together, we will hold our questions, honor our pain, and nurture our deepest yearnings for connection and meaning.
