Temple Emanu-El High Holiday Services 2008/5769
Main Sanctuary – Rabbi Franklin and Cantor Mayer will lead a moving and majestic traditional service in
the Main Sanctuary with congregational and choral singing.
The organ will be used only on Kol Nidrei and Yom Kippur.

Alperin Meeting House – Rabbi Seltzer and Cantor
Hamilton will conduct a traditional service with
congregational singing. Rabbi Seltzer's mini sermons
provide insights and inspirations throughout the service.

Goldberg Center – Rabbi Alan Flam and Judy Kaye have
created a havurah style service that blends traditional High
Holiday liturgy with innovative prayer techniques, spiritual
commentary, and lots of congregational singing. The
service is geared towards adults, has a more intimate
mood and is suitable for people at all knowledge levels.
It will take place in the Goldberg Center on the First day of
Rosh HaShanah and on Yom Kippur morning. Kol Nidrei
services will be held in the Fishbein Chapel. Please do not
confuse these services with the Family Service which takes
place on the second day of Rosh HaShanah.
